team, volunteered with the BEA for
Juneteenth and Pride Month, and
featured multiple LGBTQ+ nonprofit
partners and guest speaker Miss
Gay Philadelphia America 2023,
Heavens 2 Betsy, for its Pride month
main event.
Sustainable CSAA brings diverse
perspectives to CSAA’s efforts to
address environmental challenges.
In 2023, it cross-collaborated
with MERG, BEA, PAC, PRIDE and
Native American Employees
Association for a panel discussion
with the Environmental Defense
Fund regarding climate justice.
Additionally, CSAA’s Women’s
Professional Network (WPN),
which is focused on supporting
women on their journey to become
full and equal partners in all aspects
of our organization, participated in
multiple volunteer events with BEA
and PRIDE. It also hosted sessions
with its Wellness and Benefits
partners to discuss various aspects
of women’s reproductive health
and financial fitness.
