Whether participating in a Halloween costume contest, volunteering at a local
non-profit, or speaking to students about engineering, we know how to work
hard and have fun.
Croy Cares Week
This annual initiative – held during the week before Thanksgiving – provides an opportunity for all team
members to participate in one or more volunteer activities to give back to others in the communities where
we live and work. Various opportunities are available at all offices throughout the week
– ranging from donating items for a supply drive to cleaning litter from a local
park. For example, during one of 2023's Croy Cares Week initiatives, our
team collected more than 2,500 cereal boxes, bowls, and bars for an
elementary school local to our Marietta office.
Our commitment to community is more than
just company policy – it’s personal. Over the
course of the year, team members engage
fully and earnestly with the communities we
serve by volunteering with more than two
dozen different organizations, non-profits,
and schools – serving on committees and
Boards, mentoring students, and donating
food, funds, and time. If performed during
business hours, these efforts are covered as
paid time off by Croy.
