Option B 3 Design Fee with Released Plans
For clients who require greater flexibility and wish to have access to their design plans, we offer a fully
comprehensive design package. This includes the release of AutoCAD files, detailed PDF9s and electronic
drawings for use with your project.
We also provide design services for other spaces within your home, including pantries, utility rooms, boot
rooms, dressing rooms, and bars. Our experienced team will create layouts tailored to your needs and style
preferences.
- Kitchen Design Fee: £750 + VAT
This fee covers the complete design of your kitchen, including the release of AutoCAD, PDF9s &
DWG electronic files for your records or project use.
- 3D High-quality Renders (Kitchen): £500 + VAT
If you would like a more immersive view of your new kitchen, we offer realistic 3D renders that
provide a detailed visual of the final design.
Additional Room Design Services
We also provide design services for other spaces within your home, including pantries, utility rooms, boot
rooms, dressing rooms, and bars. Our experienced team will create layouts tailored to your needs and style
preferences.
- Design Fee for Pantry, Utility, Boot Room, Dressing Room, Bar: £375 + VAT
This includes a full design and the release of AutoCAD PDFs and DWG electronic files for each
room.
- 3D High-Quality Renders (Additional Rooms): £250 + VAT per room
Enhance your experience with realistic 3D renders for these spaces, ensuring every detail is
captured before work begins.
Please note that the design fee is fully deductible from your final order if you choose to proceed with us for the
supply and installation of your kitchen (or other room). This means the cost of the design service will be credited
against the total value of your project, offering you a seamless and cost-effective experience.
