#TeachinginColor is a professional learning network of educators dedicated to building community, supporting, and advocating forpolicy changes in the best interest of educators of color and the students they serve. During FY 2022-2023, we were able to expand thisnetwork, launching exciting programming and further connecting North Carolina's educators of color with a community of their own.The #TeachinginColor CommunityThis year, CREED launched the #TeachinginColor Community - a network of North Carolina educators of color building a supportivecommunity, sharing resources, and making schools more equitable. We ended the year with a community 68 educators, spanningacross 17 North Carolina counties, as well as 6 other states.11
