#TeachinginColor is a professional learning network of educators dedicated to building community, supporting, and advocating for
policy changes in the best interest of educators of color and the students they serve. During FY 2022-2023, we were able to expand this
network, launching exciting programming and further connecting North Carolina's educators of color with a community of their own.
The #TeachinginColor Community
This year, CREED launched the #TeachinginColor Community - a network of North Carolina educators of color building a supportive
community, sharing resources, and making schools more equitable. We ended the year with a community 68 educators, spanning
across 17 North Carolina counties, as well as 6 other states.
