Our North Carolina Equity Fellowship is part of our mission to make schools and educators more culturally a昀케rming and equitable in
practice and approach. The objective of the fellowship is develop leaders equipped to reverse the trends of racial inequity by turning
thoughts into action. This year, CREED welcomed 8 equity fellows, making it our largest cohort to date.

(Haynes), ACT Now Mentorship Program Expansion (Mutawally), Matching Success with Access (Fennell), Teacher-Led Equity Initiatives
(Crutcher), and A Promise Deferred: Exploring Urban Black High School Students' Access to Dual Enrollment (Higgins).
