THE WINE
Since its inaugural vintage, we have been
captivated by the essence of blackberry
compote that defines this wine every year.
The profound depth of black fruit aromas,
intertwined with violet and lilac, forms the
core of this wine’s aromatic profile. The palate
is velvety, round, and powerful, with notes of
cocoa, black fruit compote, and dried herbs.
The finish maintains a plush texture, but
concludes with a cascade of refined tannin and
structure that promises enduring cellaring.
