Our Stags Leap District Cabernet
Sauvignon resonates with a burst of fruit
intensity and energy, an ode to the diurnal
rhythm of warm days and cool nights in
the appellation. Typically, these wines
unfurl a tapestry of flavors—ripe cherry,
succulent plum, and aromatic anise.
The vibrant acidity gracing the palate
complements powerful, concentrated
tannins, culminating in a silky and gravelly
minerality. The compelling acidity and
supple texture lead to remarkable
longevity in the cellar.
