SUMMER NEWLSETTER
We want to share with members and supporters many of the activities undertaken by the Foundation and
its members this year.
Our mission at CPR Foundation is to build trust between law enforcement and the communities they
serve. Trust is a conviction built slowly through multiple and repeated interactions. We believe, and time
has shown, small gestures can make a big impact, strengthen bonds, and build interpersonal trust.
As we proactively acknowledge persons and communities in distress, we communicate that the
foundation and law enforcement care enough about their hardships to invest our time, energy, and
resources in them.
Developing trust may be the most central duty of government leaders if they wish to influence their
communities positively and constructively.
