CPR Foundation Funds Food Pantry Shopping Trips for Families in Need
The
CPR
Foundation
now
supports family shopping trips
with local police officers. Through
the program police departments
are able to identify families in
need, and go shopping with them.
Items purchased include clothing,
groceries, housewares, dog food,
toys, and personal care.
For many, it is the first time their
refrigerators have been filled with
fresh meat, fruit, and vegetables.
"During our May shopping trip, a
grandmother told me that her
granddaughter had never tasted
kiwi," stated Grace Wolpert, CPR
Foundation COO.
"We could not accomplish this
vital
mitzvah
without
the
generous donations we receive
year-round from caring members,
organizations, and businesses,"
stated Peter Hochfelder, CPR
Foundation
Advisory
Board
President.
Building Community-Police Relations
CPR Foundation Supports North Bay Village National Night Out
National Night Out is an annual communitybuilding campaign that promotes policecommunity partnerships and neighborhood
camaraderie across the United States.
Together, we can make communities more
caring and safer places to live.
Last year, in October, the CPR Foundation
partnered with many communities across the
country. Shown here is North Bay Village for
the annual block party on Galleon Street. For
the festive night out against crime, they
featured a Police K-9 Demo, games, prizes,
food, music, and more.
