CPR Foundation Sponsors Miami-Dade Multi-Agency Peer Support
Team Swearing-in Ceremony at Florida International University
In February, the Miami-Dade Multi-Agency Peer
Support Team Swearing-in Ceremony at Florida
International University was a heartwarming event
that boosted the intrapersonal relationships
between officers in Miami. CPR Foundation
sponsored the event, and Al Eskanazy, President &
CEO, spoke about the history and importance of the
"Struggle Well" training program and the peer-topeer support program.
"Getting the right mental health support has proven
to drastically improve a police officer's life,
benefitting not just them, but their relationships and
the communities they serve," said Al. "We are
honored to play a role in caring for the health of
police officers and, therefore, public safety."
