From there we handle the entire
booking process from start

stresses and strains of holiday
home ownership. Finally, when
reservations are confirmed, our
experienced housekeeping team
will ensure your home is perfect
for your guests’ arrival.
Our commission for our fully
managed service is 12% plus VAT.
This covers all sales administration
and emergency call outs whilst
guests are staying at your holiday
home. We are available 24 hours
a day for your guests, offering
friendly advice or handling any
queries and issues; we have a
great network of established
tradesmen to handle any such
problems.
