Key Safes and Keys
Cornish Escapes uses a key
safe system for guests. We write
to your guests two weeks before
arrival giving them directions,
parking information and key
safe codes.
If you currently have your own
Guest Information pack we
can incorporate this into your
new folders.
Safety
The code is changed on a regular
basis for security. If your home
does not have a key safe do not
worry, we can arrange for one to
be supplied and fitted.
We will manage the joining
process and ensure that all
the bases are covered.

Guest Information and
Attractions Manuals
• Public Liability and Buildings/
Contents Insurance
We provide two manuals for
the guests, a Guest Information
folder holding all relevant
information relating to your holiday
home along with details of how
to get hold of us and emergency
contact information.
• Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate
We also provide an Attractions
Manual which has leaflets of
attractions in and around Cornwall.
