gardeners, equipment servicing,
chimney sweeps, safety checks

on your time and to maximise your
enjoyment of your holiday home.
Any substantial work or repair
will always be agreed with you
before it is undertaken. However,
small running repairs often need
to be organised and implemented
very quickly to ensure that small
problems do not spoil your guests’
holiday experience. Our owners
delegate authority to Cornish
Escapes for small repairs up to a
maximum of £200.00.
