We know that it can be difficult
to keep in touch with finances,
so we ensure that all owners
receive a monthly statement
itemising all income/expenditure.
It also lists all reservations and
the value of each one.
In addition, all owners have online
access to their reservations
via our SuperControl Online
Booking System.
A log in and password is provided
when your holiday home is set
up, allowing you to view the
basic information for all your
reservations.
Payments to Owners are
transferred directly by the 4th
of each month. We offer two
different Contracts:
End of Stay - monies paid to
Owners at end of guest stay.
All payments become due when
the guest departs.
For example, if a guest leaves on
11 August, then your money would
be paid by 4 September
Monthly - payments are made as
they are received.
For example, if we take a deposit
on 11 January for a booking
for 24 August, then you would
get the deposit payment on 4
February. The balance would be
paid to you when it is received
later in the year.
