The Stour Sailing Club
Stour Sailing Club on Manningtree's Quay Street welcomes all, from experienced
sailors to beginners. Join open days to try dinghy and cruiser sailing, kayaking,
and rowing.
The Stour Valley Adventure Centre
Offers Paddle ‘n’ Pub sessions starting from their base in Sudbury. You can hire
canoes, kayaks and paddle boards from them.
Stour River Trust
River Stour Trust offer official boat trips and private charters. All skippered
by volunteer boat crew, these are available in Flatford and Sudbury between
Easter and October.

This 5k route is ideal for families and dog walkers. It offers beautiful views across
the estuary to the Suffolk countryside.
