OPENING PRAYER
1.1
The meeting commenced at 5:46 pm with the Master of Ceremonies (MC) the Second Vice
Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Ms. Corinne Glasgow, opening remarks.
1.2
The MC advised that with 108 members attending in person and 208 via Whova, the video
conference management platform used for the AGM (“Whova”), the meeting was
quorate and could, therefore, proceed.
1.3
The Chairman of the Board, Mr. James Watler, led the attendees in prayer, following which the
members were invited to recite the Credit Union Universal Prayer.
1.4
The Second Vice Chairperson requested a moment of silence in honour of deceased members
whose names were displayed on the screen.
