Zena Merren-Chin and Shkira Gourzong retired from the Board of Directors in November 2021. Ryan Rajkumarsingh and Deirdre
Carmola were elected to serve in November 2021.
Conference which was held virtually and in-person in June 2022 and provided training on a wide range of
subjects relevant to the activities of the Credit Union. Two directors also attended the WOCCU Conference
in Scotland in July 2022.

As we look to 2023 the Board of Directors is
committed to providing oversight on:
Implementation of strategic
outlined for 2022/23;
objectives
Implementation of the Credit Union Rules
(Revision 2022);
Continuing to enhance service delivery and
efficiency;
Continuing to enhance risk management by
regularly updating Risk Registers and
monitoring the Risk Appetite Statement; and
The development project.
