CAFE CON LIT- SUMMIT EDITION
Overview
This will be LIT’s first (fact check) live Cafe con LIT session. Attendees will hear from two
panelists in leadership positions at public transit agencies, where they’ll discuss the role and
responsibilities leaders have in uplifting minorities into manager and decision-making roles.
Making it to the top is a feat, but getting there with others supporting you and ready to
transition into the role takes planning, intention, and commitment.

Details
This session will require three handheld microphones and speakers, three soft seating chairs,
