DAY 1- THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 12
OPENING RECEPTION
The opening reception venue, The Melody, was
suggested by TriMet and secured at a significant
discount. Located in a historic building, our event
will occupy all rooms on the second floor. The
ambiance will feature lounge seating and a
bohemian decor vibe. Catering will be provided by
the venue, complemented by a full open bar. To
ensure
everyone's
convenience
and
safety,
transportation will be arranged via a private shuttle
service to transport attendees between the hotel
and the venue. AV Equipment will be provided. The
Melody is ADA accessible.
