Program Requirements
Program Requirements for the LIT Leadership Academy in 2025:
1. Complete Program Application
All applicants must submit a complete program application, including all
required documents and information. Incomplete or late applications will not be
considered.
2. Mandatory Program Orientation
All accepted participants are required to attend the program orientation
session. This session will provide important information about the program
structure, expectations, and guidelines.
3. Virtual Module Attendance
Participants must attend all virtual modules within each program area.
Any unexcused absence from a virtual module will disqualify the participant
from graduation.
Participants are responsible for notifying program organizers in advance if they
have a valid reason for missing a module.
4. Capstone Project Presentation
Attendance of the in-person presentation in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a
requirement for the completion of the program.
Participants must present their capstone projects during the LIT Leadership
Summit.
Failure to attend the in-person presentation will result in disqualification from
program completion.
These program requirements are essential to ensure that participants fully engage
with and benefit from the Leadership Academy, maintain a high level of commitment,
and complete the program successfully. Adhering to these requirements is necessary
to receive the program's certification and recognition of achievement.
