ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLLMENT
Who is eligible to participate in the plan?
You can join the plan when you have attained age 21 and completed 1 year of
service with a minimum of 1,000 hours worked.
When can I begin contributing to the Plan?
You can begin contributing to the Plan on the first day of the Plan Year or on
the first day of the seventh month of the Plan Year coincident or next
following the date that the eligibility requirementsare met.
PLAN HIGHLIGHTS
Are rollovers accepted?
The Plan may accept a Rollover Contribution made on behalf of any
Employee not excluded from the plan, regardless of whether such employee
has met the age and service requirement of the plan.
How do I enroll in the Plan?
You can enroll via the website www.CertifiedDifference.com by using the web
login instructions found on page 9 or by completing the forms located within
this book and returning them to your human resources representative.
