automatically agreeing to your terms & conditions.
The client clicks and registers on the platform, then proceeds to their
account. They choose the financial product that you have added and
simply and easily complete the online Q&A process.
Alternatively, your staff can complete the process with the client’s
permission on the client’s behalf.

CONFIRM.
The online software platform quickly & easily scores the completed
process then generates a detailed compliance report.
Evidencing & listing any compiled "Red Flagged" issues that have been
highlighted as potential regulatory breaches for overcharging,
misleading or mis-selling practices.
• STEP 3.
CLICK & CLAIM.
All the generated reports are automatically stored & accessed from your
OCC Platform dashboard. They are now ready for review and automatic
processing, directly from the platform.
With a single click, bulk client cases are instantly time stamped &
processed directly to the named bank or provider in "Real-Time" as fully
evidenced complaints & claims.
