Lavan Konshak
Program Manager, CEF Colorado OTIEC
Through Lavan’s personal hobby of flipping real estate, she became interested in the
construction industry. Her real estate experience led her to realize that construction
is more than a residential remodel or simply knocking down a drywall or two. It is
an art that consists of many different skill-sets of people working together to build
something wonderful. Most importantly, it’s the safety and well-being of skilled
workers on the job that is critical and drives her passion to advocate for safety
across all industries. Lavan truly believes that what she does every day is more than
just a job; it is her duty to advocate for our men and woman in the field by educating
them and providing resources to further their careers.
Lavan is your main point of contact when you call or visit our office and is the
backbone of our program. She oversees all CEF Colorado OSHA Training Institute
Education Center authorized numbered courses and is a friendly and enthusiastic
safety resource – guiding employers who need to understand all that CEF Colorado
OTIEC has to offer to help keep their employees safe. Additionally, Lavan handles all
interactions with our students, OSHA, Outreach Trainer audits, reporting functions,
and OTIEC relationship building including safety related events.
Lavan goes above and beyond for all of our participants, instructors, associates
and staff.
Her passion for safety is contagious – you could say, she’s “Crazy for Safety”!
