PHLEBOTOMISTPARAMEDICPhlebotomists are primarily responsibleand accountable for the collection of bloodspecimens from patients for the purposeof laboratory analysis. After completingthe coursework, students will developtheir skills in the required daytime clinicalexperience to accumulate 100 clinicalhours and 200 sticks minimum.The Paramedic program at CecilCollege and Cecil County Departmentof Emergency Services is a uniquepartnership designed to meet thehealthcare needs of Cecil County.
