INTRODUCTION
I created this Workbook as a companion piece to the Playbook,
with the intention of helping you put the essential Playbook
keys into practice. Through a carefully curated step-by-step
process, together we’ll create a game plan - what I call a
Blueprint.
With insights from 25 years of experience On The Circuit, I
thought it would be helpful to demonstrate how to incorporate
some valuable tools to support your workflow, taking you from
ideas to execution.
Using the same six categories outlined in the Playbook as
guideposts, this Workbook will help you map out your strategy,
from Blueprints and Festival Tracking, to Financial Planning
and Brand Marketing. Each section has exercises and tools to
help you layout your strategy and support materials. These
include sample templates, spreadsheets, guides, lists, samples
and case studies.
