The $5,000 contribution from PMG Quay 1 & 9
is confusing. There is no corporation that goes
by PMG Quay 1 & 9. However, according to
the the Observer, two Þrms, Jebco Ventures
(Jim BridgesÕ Þrm) and PMG (Property Markets
Group), are both principals in Quay 1 & 9 LLC,
also known as One Park. Quay 1 & 9 sued
Quay Venture, LLC et al. over air rights. PMG
and Quay 1 & 9 had ongoing project business
that would come before the City Commission.
Greenpointe Developers of Jacksonville is the
general developer of the Quay project. (
