Gerrymandering eliminated some contenders,
but Single Member Districts has brought in
others. Democrat Fredd Atkins filed to run in
District 1, but was no longer eligible when the
district boundaries changed. Redistricting
eliminated the possibility of DiCicco running
again against Moran. But Democrat Mark
Pienkos is running along with Republican
Hutchinson.
