South County Conservatives is a Tallahassee
based PAC. Collin Thompson is the Chairman.
Noreen Fenner is the Registered Agent and
Treasurer.
This PAC is funded by many proliÞc donors to
PACs and campaigns active in Sarasota and
Manatee County. Donors include aûliates of
Benderson, Pat Neal, Rex Jensen/Schoeder
Manatee Ranch, Jim Gabbert, Gary
Kompothecras, Bill Merrill, Bo Medred, John
Cannon Homes, Hugh Culverhouse - all names
seen donating to other political committees.
Spending with Public Concepts for mailers and
political consulting took place in the 2020 primary
and general election cycles. Since then the PAC
has been relatively quiet, with a contribution to
Bridget ZieglerÕs 2022 campaign for Sarasota
County School Board, and recent contributions to
Rachel FrankÕs campaign for Sarasota County
