from an entity that cannot be found, and PACs that
begin with balances that come from the PAC itself
to the PAC itself, it is evident that the Department
of State is not verifying the authenticity of PAC
Þnancials. How can the Florida Department of
State accept a political committee report which
lists contributions from an entity that does not
exist? They just do.(
On October 26, 2023, a $494,105 contribution from
American Ingenuity was recorded by Florida
Prosper (there was a second $2000 contribution
recorded on November 28, 2023).
On November 10, 2023, Florida Prosper
transferred $462,000 (one $20,000 transfer and
one $442,000 transfer) into an interest bearing
account or perhaps two separate interest bearing
