Most of the candidates who adopt this practice
of heading up a ÒFriends of myselfÓ PAC are
candidates for state legislature. Randy Fine
and Blaise Ingoglia are well known state
legislators. Randy FineÕs ÒFriends of Randy
FineÓ PAC is currently active and has nearly $2
million in contributions since it began in 2016.
Blaise IngogliaÕs ÒFriends of Blaise IngogliaÓ
Pac has raise $1.5 million since he started it in
2021.
There are some candidates administering their
namesake PACs who are local elected oûcials
or hopefuls. In Sarasota County, Bridget
Ziegler (co-founder of Moms for Liberty) is a
School Board Member, and Teresa Mast is
