Our center converted to computer-based CASAS assessments. We
serve 1200+ students a year, and many are non-English-speaking
and older adults. At the computer, they are terri昀椀ed. Sta昀昀 help them
until they are comfortable completing the assessment. I have seen
adults 昀椀nish the assessment elated and proud to 昀椀nally be using a
computer –- and they haven’t started classes yet!
