Team Turkish crowned with two
awards at Air Cargo India 2024

urkish Airlines was
honoured with the
Innovative International
Cargo Airline of the
Year award at the International
Awards for Excellence in Air
Cargo ceremony, held by Stat
Trade Times magazine as part
of the air cargo India 2024 event
from February 14-16. Turkish
Cargo was also conferred the
title of most highly acclaimed
air cargo brand in the Innovative
Logistics Solutions in Air Cargo
category, with SMARTIST facility.
Expressing his gratitude for
the awards, Ali Turk, Chief Cargo
O昀케cer of Turkish Airlines said,
“We regard our investments in
infrastructure and technology
as a holistic development cycle
spreading to all processes from
our human resources policies to
our sales channels. Such a strategy
enables a dynamic organisational
structure based on a young and
skilled sta昀昀. Thus, our teamwork

Lufthansa Cargo honours top agents
in New Delhi as India network and
capacity growth gets momentum

ufthansa Cargo, the cargo
division of Deutsche Lufthansa AG, honoured its
top performing cargo
agents in recognition of their
contribution to the airline’s
impressive growth at a function
held yesterday evening at Roseate
House, New Delhi. Top performers
were listed from the Germany-
based carrier’s New Delhi hub.
Certi昀椀cates of appreciation
were handed out to the freight
agents by Lufthansa Cargo CEO
Ashwin Bhat. Galaxy Freight
received the accolade for being
the top agent under the td.Zoom
(top-priority and time-sensitive
shipping) segment, Penta Freight
under the active pharma category
and Nippon Express in the passive
pharma shipments segment, while
ASR Freight, C.H. Robinson India
and United Worldwide Couriers
were honoured under the
general cargo shipments
services category.
