Career Evolution
I embarked on my career journey
within the aviation industry,
initially focussing on the passenger sector with Air France,
before transitioning to Booking.
com. This shift exposed me to the
dynamic changes unfolding in the
travel industry and its distribution
landscape, sparking a deep-seated
desire to re-immerse myself in
aviation. Venturing into uncharted
territory, I seized the opportunity
to join Lufthansa Cargo, where
I honed my skills in managing
key accounts and subsequently
assumed sales responsibilities
for the Asia Paci昀椀c region.
Witnessing the undeniable
trend of digitisation sweeping
through our industry, I made a
seamless transition to CargoAi
in 2021, eager to leverage my
experience in navigating commercial landscapes within this
evolving digital era.

If, today, I have to choose one
strength that I’m keen to cultivate
in myself and others, it would be
curiosity. This entails delving into
the reality of the person you’re
conversing with, understanding
their perspective, and considering
what resonates with them. It
involves exploring alternative
viewpoints that may be equally
valid. I perceive curiosity as a
superpower that fosters team
alignment, cultivates a shared
sense of purpose, heightens
awareness, and minimises
internal narratives.
