I have always enjoyed engaging
with customers, collaborating with
colleagues, and 昀椀nding solutions to
challenges. While working in the
Telecoms and IT industry, I felt the
desire for a change. That change
presented itself in the form of Courier
Express, marking my entry into the
logistics 昀椀eld. Since then, I have never
looked back.

people and our precious customers.
I approach my role with deep care,
maintaining a balance of 昀椀rmness
and fairness. Instead of micromanaging, I focus on empowering those
around me to achieve success.
Building an Extended Family
at Work
Balancing precious time with my
amazing family and the people I
care about is crucial. It’s a constant
juggling act. However, when I re昀氀ect
on the sacri昀椀ces made, I realise the
invaluable gain of forming lifelong
relationships with colleagues. My
team is like an extended family; I
am there for them, and they are
always there for me
