Opening hours
We are able to assist you Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm
all year round.
Christmas delivery
Christmas hampers are available to deliver from Monday
18th of November.
The last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is
midday on Wednesday 18th of December.
We will do our utmost after that time, but we are unable to
make any promises.
Please let us know if you would like a specific delivery date.
If you require a weekend date, there will be a surcharge but
please contact us directly to arrange.
Order details
To help the efficiency of your order, please ensure we have
the correct information at the time of ordering:
• Accurate address details including postcode
• The mobile number of the recipient for tracking purposes
• Any gift message required (up to 240 characters)
• Details of which hampers are to be sent to which address
Gift messages
Every recipient can have a greetings card message,
maximum 240 characters including punctuation.
Bespoke hamper orders
Volume orders can be prepared to suit your brand and the
recipients'
taste.

Delivery of hampers
During the very busy Christmas period we do instruct our
courier to leave parcels in a safe, dry location and put a
door tag on the door to state where the parcel has been left.
We consider this to be in the best interests of the recipient.
However, if you would prefer the courier to receive a
signature upon delivery, please let us know and we will
arrange this.
We regret we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Check the door tag to see if the package was delivered
to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information
and the date of the next delivery attempt.
If you're able to redirect your package, you’ll receive an
SMS or email with the different delivery options available.
Please select one of these options by 04:00 am on the day
of the delivery to give the courier enough time to redirect
the package.
If the courier doesn’t receive a response to the key tag, they
will return the gift to us after 4-5 working days which will
incur a returns charge of £7.50+Vat.
Out of area deliveries
The delivery charges shown are for a 3-5 working day
courier service to Mainland UK, Express next day delivery to
Mainland UK is available at an additional charge which is
detailed at check out on our website or please contact us
directly for further inquiries, or for deliveries outside of
Mainland UK.

Substitutions
All hampers, gift boxes, wooden boxes and contents are
fully itemised and fairly described in the brochure and
website. We will make every effort to provide the printed
items. However, in the event of supply difficulties, we
reserve the right to substitute any items with replacements
of similar quality and value.
All hampers are subject to availability
If a hamper is sold out then we will endeavour to contact the
purchaser to agree an alternative hamper.
Damages/non-delivery
Please notify us of any non-delivery or damages within 48
hours of due delivery date.
Alcohol
Hampers and gifts which include alcohol may only be
ordered by customers aged 18 years or over.
The Environment
Every effort is made to source products that are local/UK
suppliers. Our hampers and wooden boxes come from
natural and renewable sources wherever possible. All of our
outers are re-cyclable and we use environmentally friendly
in-fill to keep your hampers protected on their journey.

All orders must be paid prior to despatch.
We accept payment via BACS, cash, most credit cards or
debit card.
Prices are correct at the time of Catalogue publication
(September 2024) and are valid until December 31st 2024.
VAT invoices are sent upon order and will be despatched
when full payment has been received.
