Lodge 2 was developed in 1972. In 1976, the business
celebrated its 75th anniversary with the fourth
generation. Arthur III and Clint returned to the family
business in the late 1970’s.
Campbell's Resort also owns and operates the
Midtowner Motel, just minutes from downtown
Chelan.
The 1980’s saw more growth with the purchase of
Cannon’s Resort (formerly Jobe’s Resort) in 1983 – this
building became Campbell’s Lodge 5. In 1987,
Campbell’s Resort became Campbell’s Resort &
Conference Center with the development of
conference space. And the family grew with it.
Having grown up working in the business, Art III’s sons
Eric and Tom pursued their education and moved back
in the early 2010’s.They still uphold the values of
generations before them, being visible, out and about
on property, working within various departments, and
engaging with guests.
The Campbell family continues to uphold the values of
the generations before them. You'll often see Art, Eric
and Tom out and about on the property, working the
various departments, both guest-facing and behind the
scenes.
