DESCRIPTION OF SPACE
A space dedicated for the preparation of various types of food and beverages.
To provide a fully enclosed area with seamless impervious surfaces.
The Kitchen is required to be fully compartmentalised from the rest of the spaces in the building and
sealed from access by pests and vermin.
It is noted that this area is defined as a space for the sale of food and is required to be
designed and constructed to suit regulatory requirements for this purpose.
This large kitchen area is to be designed with ample space for bringing people together.
