The Area for Community Members to Gather for Events
Minimum 100 People Seated
DESCRIPTION OF SPACE
A space dedicated for the use of functions and events attended by community members.
To provide a fully enclosed multi-functional area that opens directly to the Court Yard outside.
The Community Hall is the hub of the Community Centre and known as the Main Hire Area. All
other associated areas, including the Kitchen and Stores, should all open directly to the Community
Hall.
Dividing the Community Hall Main Hire Area with operable walls or similar to create smaller
'flexible' hireable spaces is not suitable. Smaller spaces will not be used.
Exposed structural elements such as cross beams and similar at high level are not suitable
in this space.
