DESCRIPTION OF SPACE
To protect the full external perimeter at the base of the external face of the Building.
Construct a cold tooled joint between the concrete surround and the external face of the building
construction. Fall the concrete away from building. Ensure a solid compacted base and continuous
concrete edge thickening to the outside edge of the concrete surround.
A covered external space that has a concrete surface finish or segmental pavement surface finish
