The following schedules describe typical items to be incorporated in public buildings in the Camden
LGA and can be used as a starting point to document and construct a public building.
All items detailed in the Parts Schedule are examples of minimum requirements for each item
specified.
Each item to be provided is to be as specified in this schedule or to be a similar product equivalent in
function, quality, replacement part availability and the like.
Any item proposed to be substituted for an item noted within this schedule is required to be approved
by Camden Council prior to inclusion in documentation.
Supply and install all material parts in accordance with manufacturers current written specifications.
All specific products identified in this schedule are currently available at the time of writing.

NOTE for SPORTS FACILITY BUILDINGS
A Sports Facility Building is classified as medium profile in Camden Councils public building assets.
The parts of this building type are a combination of the high and medium profile Parts Schedules.
