DESCRIPTION OF SPACE
A space dedicated for use for functions and events attended by community members.
To provide a fully enclosed multi-functional area that opens directly to the Covered Forecourt.
This is the hub of the building and known as the Main Hire Area.
Dividing the Event Space with an operable wall or similar to create smaller 'flexible' hireable
spaces is not suitable. Smaller spaces will not be used.
Exposed structural members at high level are not suitable.
The space is to be a memorable location for visitors and locals which connects people with place.
