DESCRIPTION OF SPACE
A space dedicated for use by referees as a change room and to store personal items.
To provide a fully enclosed area that has the ability to be used by a multiple number of referees
before, during and after games played on associated Sports Fields.
As such, the Referees Room should have direct and clear access to the Sports Field.
It is important that the Referees Room is located away from the players Change Rooms. For
instance, at opposite ends of the building.
