The Area for Use of Mobile Barbecue Equipment

DESCRIPTION OF SPACE
A space dedicated for users to use a mobile barbecue for the preparation of food.
To provide a covered area to cook barbecue food to supplement the services from the Kiosk |
Canteen. This area should connect directly with the Kiosk | Canteen - in other words, a person
should be able to move between the two.
A 'guard' in the form of a screen or wall is to be designed and constructed to where the rear side
of the barbecue will be located for use. This guard or wall is required to be a minimum height that
matches a standard mobile barbecue. It can be designed for use as a servery if the top of the wall is
wrapped in a stainless steel finish.
The space is to be simple, safe and practical for use by spectators of all ages.
Fixed barbecue equipment is not suitable in this space.
