DESCRIPTION OF SPACE
A space dedicated for locating services connecting to toilets, including flushing systems and
the like.
To provide a fully enclosed area for these and other similar services.
This space is a separate room and not an enclosed space within the toilet areas that is accessed
though a wall panel.
A door to this space from a Female Toilet, Male Toilet or Universal Access Toilet is not suitable.
Ensure there is a minimum 600mm wide clear area in the duct to manoeuvre in the space to service
the equipment, fixtures and fittings located there.
