NOTE
Install a continuous collar around all locations where any pipe or ductwork
penetrates the wall or ceiling to the space.
Flush Mount and Fully Seal all penetrations to the Kitchen, including
penetrations made for service connections such as power outlets. Ensure that
there are no penetrations in the light fittings to create a connection between
the Kitchen and Ceiling space when a light bulb is changed.
