5.1.4 Equal accessAll public open spaces within the Camden LGA must to be accessible to all. Ensure that all public openspace facilities comply with all applicable current regulation including the Disability DiscriminationAct, National Construction Code, Australian Standard requirements and the like. In addition to currentapplicable regulations with relation to equitable access for all, ensure that:− At least one entry point to a public open space provides equitable access;− All pedestrian paths within public open spaces provide equitable access.
