The principles outlined in the COSDM underpin successful design in Camden. These principles must
drive the design of every new and updated open space within the Camden LGA. The following principles
should be applied not as individual elements but rather as a group that when implemented will ensure that
community focused, safe, responsive and sustainable outcomes are achieved.
