ACCESS COURSES?
Access courses will appeal strongly to
individuals who:
Access courses are for adults who have significant life
experience but have left education with few, if any,
qualifications.
• Want to develop subject specific knowledge to help
them progress directly to university.
In addition to gaining subject knowledge, the course
aims to develop and enhance your essential study
skills in preparation for university studies, including
referencing, academic writing and ICT skills.
• Are looking to enhance their study skills in preparation
for university studies.
• Are looking to eventually start an exciting and
rewarding career in health, social work or teaching.
Highly qualified and experienced Access to Higher
Education tutors will provide one-to-one guidance and
support to help with your university application.
