T LEVELS
WHAT IS A T LEVEL
STUDY PROGRAMME?
T Levels are two-year technical qualifications which
have been developed in collaboration with employers
to ensure that individuals have the knowledge, skills
and behaviours to progress directly into industry or
onto higher education.
The T Level study programme option will
appeal strongly to students who:
The qualification combines classroom learning (80%)
with on-the-job work experience (20%) and is made
up of core knowledge, understanding and concepts,
specialist content, and an industry placement with
an employer which will last a minimum of 45 days.
T Levels are equivalent to three A Levels and have
UCAS tariff points.
