How do we book?
You will be asked to discuss your requirements with your wedding
coordinator, they will then check the availability of your chosen date to
ensure that The Bromley Court Hotel meets your dream wedding venue
expectations:
If a date is pencilled in our diary as a ‘on hold’ booking, it will be held for up
to 14 days without needing a deposit. After 14 days without confirmation
from you, our wedding coordinator will be in contact to release the date.
When you are ready to make your wedding a ‘provisional’ booking, your
wedding coordinator will arrange for a provisional contract and letter to be
sent to you which you will be required to check, sign and return a copy back
to us. Along with the signed contract, we will also require a non-refundable
deposit of £1,000 to confirm your wedding date.
If you are looking to hold your wedding ceremony at our venue as well as
your reception, your wedding coordinator will require both you and your
partner’s contact details, full names, nationalities and time of the ceremony.
Bromley Registrars will then contact you directly for your payment.
On the back of your contract under “billing notes”, you will find a
breakdown of payments as instructed by your coordinator; 25% due
9 months prior, 25% 6 months prior, final payment due 2 months prior.
We will contact you to book a date for the final wedding meeting two
months prior to your wedding day, this is where we will discuss your final
guest numbers, menu choices, go through the finer aspects of your wedding
day and take your final payment. After this meeting we will send you the
updated final contract copy including any additional charges required to be
paid 1 month prior.
After this point no refunds can be given for any reduction in guest numbers.
Other details you should be aware of: our garden restaurant is open to the
public until 10pm every day. However this space may be privately booked
for a wedding/event where we will organise a separate space for resident
dining. The Bromley Court Hotel reserve the right to make improvements to
the venue and facilities as deemed appropriate when necessary due to the
needs of the business. Prices are subject to reviews at any time by the hotel.
External/3rd party catering and beverages of any kind are not permitted to
be brought into the venue.
